I have lived here for over a year I have lived in a lot apartments so I am use to noise from ones from upstairs, each side of me it is apartment living I love living here the office staff are very friendly and accommodating, the maintenance dept is quickly to get items fixed or replaced. Miranda who does so much for all the tenants living here she looks after cleaning both apartment buildings (which is a thankless job) she does an awesome job plus she answers all types of call 24/7. I live in the pet friendly building as I have pets it is quiet and for most of the pet owners they pick up after their animals of course you will always have those that don't care. I find that the management are quick to handle complaints. It goes without saying that no matter where you decide to live if it is in a apartment building then you must be able to have tolerance for certain amount of noise either from within the building or from the parking lot. They have also this summer cleaned and repainted the surface & underground parking. I have renewed my lease for another year and have no plans to move.
